Aaron Hayes is the VP of Technology Infrastructure at Premium Retail Services, Inc, a retail merchandising firm. He has spent the last nearly 20 years in software engineering, data analytics, cloud architecture and most recently how to bring artificial intelligence into the workplace for the common user. His latest achievements include successfully implementing a business intelligence platform (SiSense) for Premium, creating a data analytics voice assistant platform called Premium Genius and streamlining the Premium IT Service Desk. Aaron enjoys tinkering with new technologies, playing basketball and spending time with his wife Kim and his two children Ava and Aiden.
